A designated moment to be present and guided towards a deeper mind, body, and spiritual connection. I facilitate your healing process by helping you tune into your higher consciousness and authentic self through your chakras and your energy field. Get the energetic part of you back into alignment to promote rest, balance, and connection.

Using a pendulum I will determine where energy blocks are in the body. My hands-on and remote energy treatments are soothing and relaxing as I balance the 7 main chakras and 7 layers of the energy field. With the help of my tuning fork and essential oils, I work with you to bring your body, mind, and spirit back into alignment.

Each session is unique to you and provides a safe space to express what is holding you back. We will start to clear the energetic blockages that keep you from your true self. Together we design a self-adoration kit that gets you out of your own way and onto a path towards self-awareness, self-regulation, happiness, and present-moment thinking.
